Cancellation & No Show Policy

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours or more in advance. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No-Shows will also forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to schedule a future appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please call or text 818-839-1799

As a courtesy, one reschedule per deposit is allowed, provided it still meets the 48-hour notice requirement. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patient who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow The Cure Team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

Grace Period

We allow a 10-minute grace period for arrival. Patients arriving beyond this window may require rescheduling, as provider availability cannot be guaranteed. If rescheduling is necessary, a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.

Refund Policies

All services and treatments at The Cure Medical Aesthetics are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatment results will vary patient to patient, and aside from certain touch-ups done at follow-up appointments, any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as an additional treatment. 

Children Policies

We adore babies and children here at The Cure Medical Aesthetics, however, we do ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a tranquil experience for you and other patrons.

Pet Policies

For the health and safety of all patients, we do ask that you leave your pets at home before coming in to your appointment at The Cure Medical Aesthetics. If you do bring in a pet with you that is not a registered service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our office prior to your appointment. We do ask you to provide valid paperwork reflecting the service animal status of your pet if you do bring them into the office. This avoids any sort of inconvenience to you and your pet, so we ask that you leave them at home.

Do you have free consultations?

Consultations with Dr. Aladeen are always free! All we require is a $50 reservation fee that will be fully applied towards your procedure on the day of your visit.

Is Dr. Aladeen available on weekends?

Yes! Dr. Aladeen sees patients on most Saturdays. Please call 818-839-1799 to confirm as schedule can vary.

Preparation

Can I eat before my treatment?

Yes we recommend having a healthy small meal or snack and drinking water prior to your visit.

How can I minimize swelling or bruising?

Taking arnica tablets starting 2-3 days before your treatment and continuing until 2 days after has been shown to reduce swelling and bruising. Arnica tablets can be purchased at most drugstores. In addition, drinking water and avoiding alcohol consumption for 1-2 days can significantly reduce bruising.

How long do I need to wait between different treatments and procedures?

This can vary depending on which treatments, but it's not uncommon that Dr. Aladeen does multiple treatments during the same visit to maximize your time such as Filler, Botox and PDO Threads. Give us a call at 818-839-1799, and we can help you best plan your treatments.

Do you offer Sculptra Treatments?

Yes! Dr. Aladeen does Sculptra Face/Neck treatments as well as Buttock augmentation.

Does Dr. Aladeen do PDO Threads?

Yes! Dr. Aladeen loves performing nonsurgical facelifts with PDO Threads and utilizing Smooth PDO Threads for skin enhancement as well.

How fast does botox work?

You will begin to see results within a few days, with most results appearing within a week. We check the final full effect at your two week follow-up visit. Results typically last about 3-4 months.

Can I wear makeup after the treatment?

After most procedures (with the exception of microneedling), light clean makeup can be worn after a few hours. After lip filler treatment we recommend only arnica or vaseline for the first 2 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, and offer financing through CareCredit and Cherry. You may also purchase treatments on our website which offers several additional ways to pay!

Do you accept Allē and Aspire Rewards Programs?

Yes! We can help you earn and use your points for both Allē and Aspire Rewards programs on eligible treatments.
